Who are New Directions Education Limited?
New Directions Education was established in 1999 and is now widely recognised as Wales’s largest and leading recruitment provider for the education sector. Our recruitment team consists of a mix of former Head and Deputy Headteachers, ex-teachers and experienced recruitment professionals who have built excellent relationships with schools throughout South Wales. As a result of our close working interaction with schools and the efficient service we provide we currently deal with approximately 70% of primary schools and 80% of secondary schools in South Wales.
Where are we?
We have fully staffed offices in Cardiff and Swansea enabling us to successfully cover the whole of South Wales and build up strong relationships with all schools.

New Directions Education is proud to be the preferred supplier of education personnel for schools in the boroughs of Rhondda Cynon Taff, Caerphilly and Newport therefore all schools in those areas are now actively encouraged to use New Directions for their recruitment needs. New Directions Education also enjoys a working partnership with Swansea County Council.
